Presented by Paulina Bermeo and America From Home, Tuesday mornings, 7:30 am CST. During these Tuesday morning sessions in Spanish, you can welcome the body to a new day through mindful movement, stretches and a variety of flows to bring heat and power to the body and to the mind. It is a practice for expansion and for growth. Breath becomes the focus by which you can relieve tension from the joints, spine, digestive system and muscles. Walk out of this class feeling energized, grounded and ready for the challenges of our day.
