NAO Celebrates Mexican Independence Day

Modern Mexican food, anyone? (Current Files)

No, not Cinco de Mayo. The New World Flavors restaurant will celebrate Diez y Seis de Septiembre with a $35 three-course menu that salutes everything Mexican and tasty on September 13, 14 and 16.

The menu includes a tuna brulee with mole negro and jiacama slaw, red pozole with shrimp and pork belly, and a cazuela de chocolate y caramel. The bar will also offer $9 tequila and grapefruit-based Palomas. Call (210) 554-6484 and ask for Menu El Grito when making your reservations with Nao.
