New Boba Tea Shop Is Hosting BOGO Grand Opening

  • Gabriela Mata

Attention UTSA students, there’s a new place to hangout near campus and it has a lot of wall plugs.

Kung Fu Tea, the New York City-based boba tea chain of shops that opened in 2010 has brought its teas to San Antonio. They opened the doors last Friday for a soft opening. The boba tea shop officially will host its grand opening on Saturday, November 4 and will offer a buy-one, get-one free on Winter Melon Milk Green Tea, Kung Fu Milk Tea and Passion Fruit Green Tea on both November 4 and 5.

With locations throughout the United States including 24 in Texas, and drinks ranging from $3-$6, Kung Fu Tea offers an industrial look perfect for the ‘gram (Make sure to check out the dangling mugs on the ceiling). Opening hours are Sunday through Thursday 11a.m. to 10 p.m. and Friday through Saturday 11 a.m. to 11 p.m.
