This Laredo-based eatery recently opened its first location in the Alamo City, bringing breakfast and lunch favorites to accommodate many tastes and diets. The Mexican chilaquiles, vegan pozole and gluten-free waffles and pancakes stacked with fresh fruit all merit exploring.
