NIOSA

Do you hate massive crowds, general jovialness and the sweet, sweet smell of a couple hundred grills throughout La Villita? Then you might want to stay as far away from NIOSA as possible. But if you’re willing to weave around a couple thousand of your closest friends, there are plenty of must-have bites to be found, including steer on a stick, shypoke eggs and more in Frontier Town, as well as Mr. Chicken at Froggy Bottom. Be patient with your Bongo-k-Bobs makers at International Walkway. Remember, these are all volunteers.
