The Pearl Brewery complex is adding another restaurant late next year. Owned by chef Jeff Balfour of Hotel Valencia's Citrus, the restaurant will be located on the ground floor of the Pearl Brewery brew house.
"“I am honored to be a part of such an amazing development. We are going to focus on the relationships between great food, great beer and being part of a great community. The idea of a great place for people to gather and collaborate is at the heart of our concept,” said Balfour via a press release.
