Perkins: amnesty and community support

Looks like some good news for the new year, courtesy of businessman and community activist Ron Wright, who sent out a bulletin today announcing that Chuck Slaughter successfully worked to stave off demolition of artist Seymour Perkins' house. Read about the City's odd choice of demo projects in Greg Harman's story, as well as a follow-up blog post that points out the hypocrisy involved. We're on the second short holiday week in a row, so I'll let Wright's message tell the latest tale.
