Presented by International Flavors of San Antonio with sponsorship from the Raindrop Foundation, this class leads attendees through the creation of a traditional Punjabi Indian vegetarian menu consisting of roti, basmati rice, dhal, okra, onions, cabbage, red kidney beans, curry sauce, mint chutney, rice pudding and chai masala.
