Writer and folk artist Texas native, Paul Pineda writes his family's lived experience as migrant workers in the 1950 Texas landscape. Paul is a brother, husband, father and grandfather who resides in San Antonio, Texas. His novel Valley of Tears is a Transformational story in poetry form from a first-generation Mexican-American. Twenty years in the making, Paul Pineda's poetry mirrors his family's journey from Mejicanos to Mexican-American.
