Based in San Antonio, painter Alexandria Flores brings forth her vibrant color palette in the process of her work. From 2005-2008 she attended the SAY Sí program where she expanded her artistic ability. In the summer of 2008 she was accepted into the pre-college summer program at the Academy of Art University in San Francisco, California, where she received awards for her graphic design, printmaking, and textile design work. Influenced by patterns and grid work, she uses color to enhance the development of her paintings.
