Join Chef Michael Sohocki along with Dr. Bryan Bayles, Curator of Anthropology and Health at the Witte Museum for a unique, hands-on evening of food and conversation. Each course will be framed with discussions on how foodways communicate profound cultural meaning and impact a community’s well-being. Chef Sohocki will prepare a three course dinner paired with wine and will include a soup course, braised pork shoulder with onions and carrots, lentil dahl and a dessert of fruit and cheese. The program is set in the Children’s Hospital of San Antonio™ Demonstration Kitchen located in the Witte's H-E-B Body Adventure. This special class is reserved for guests 21 and over and is limited to 60 guests per evening. Tickets start at $50 per person, $45 for Witte members and include a souvenir wine glass.
