San Antonio Teacher Wins Cash On Wheel of Fortune

A science teacher at Churchill High School appeared on the famous late-afternoon game show that is Wheel of Fortune, and even got to walk away with some big winnings.

Although Kyle Kellogg didn't take home the big prize, his time on the show did allow him to win $10,600. Not bad.

Playing as part of the show's Teacher's Week, Kellogg got to use his knowledge of random trivia after watching the show every afternoon with his family, according to KENS 5.

"I was happy with what I did," Kellogg told the news station. "The wheel caught me one time and you can’t do much about that."

The unlucky spin did set him back, but he was still able to win enough to upgrade his and his wife's cars. Oh, and have a pretty cool story for his students.
