Scenes You Missed from This Year's Ramen Expo

Ramen was the star of this week's Ramen Expo put on by Next Global Inch, the Japan External Trade Organization and the Texas Restaurant Association. Hundreds of attendees gathered in Austin's Travis County Exposition Center to check out the latest in ramen: from smoked oils, to nori strips, to chopsticks and yes, to noodle makers.
