When: Wednesdays, 7-8 p.m. and Fridays, 12-1 p.m.
Secular (non-religious) meditation for beginners, all are welcome. Sound healing, Pranayama, mudras, smudging, aromatherapy and other elements interwoven into the experience as they arise. 30-45 minutes. Free in June. Bring a yoga mat, pillow, chair, whatever makes you comfortable as you practice.
