Self-Love Yoga at Love Shack Boutique
Join Love Shack Boutique for some self-love yoga. This will be an all-level yoga class that incorporates self-care and self-love. This gentle yet powerful class will allow you to move simply, breathe deeply and welcome stillness. There will also be a focus on floor exercises to strengthen our pelvic floor and ease tension in the hips. Bring a yoga mat, a towel and comfortable workout clothing.
