Join Dr. Bailey & Tiffany Edwards for a fun Mobility Workshop and Fitness Bootcamp. Begin with an introduction to a self-myofascial release technique, known as foam rolling. Learn the benefits of foam rolling and a few ways to perform this technique. Once you have rolled out those tight muscles get ready to dive into a 45-minute bodyweight workout. Foam rollers will be provided!
