There are more reasons to visit La Cantera Resort's Signature. The Andrew Weissman-inspired restaurant is now offering weekend brunch served from 10:30 a.m. with a final seating at 2 p.m., Saturdays and Sundays.
The menu includes French toast made with challah bread, a true New England-style lobster roll and French style omelette filled with choice of mixed-mushroom, lobster, crawfish or smoked salmon, prepared with fresh herbs from Signature's garden, surf-and-turf Eggs Benedict, a breakfast burger stacked with Swiss hashbrowns and apple-smoked bacon atop a house-made brioche roll, and blueberry buttermilk pancakes with warm maple syrup and apple-smoked bacon. Pair your brunch with a yellow tomato juice bloody mary to really seal the deal. Prices range from $10 to $42.
Reservations for dinner and brunch are recommended but not required.
