Vietnamese fare is the latest to land on the St. Mary's Strip. After announcing their first location outside of a food truck back in January, Singhs Vietnamese has opened its doors between TBA and Slackers.
For now, the menu is made up of drinks, sides and entrees with favorites like the eggroll, banh mi, rice, bun and goi available with choice of protein (pork, brisket, chicken, pulled pork, shrimp and veggies). Prices range from $2 for an order of eggrolls to $9 for an entree.
A beer and wine bar will come along eventually, according to co-owner Louis Singh, as will lunch.
Opening hours are 5 to 11 p.m. Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday; and 5 p.m. to midnight on Saturday.
