Don't worry, y'all. I snuck in last week and got a peak at the menu.

Southerleigh Fine Food & Brewery (136 E. Grayson St., Suite 120, 210- is now serving a Saturday brunch from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. and the offerings are  pretty varied. You'll find a German pancake (featured above) with lemon curd and blueberries, a balanced and spicy michelada and buttery omelets along with beef cheeks hash and eggs, chicken fried breakfast pork chops with Texas 1015 onion gravy, Martinez Farms grilled zucchinis bread with cranberries and pecan dark chocolate; homemade toasted Pain De Mie with mixed berry jam, moon glow pear and pecan butter. 

Oh, and they'll have mimosas made with either Louis Perdrier or Brut Excellence Cote D’or Champagne, because bubbles are an essential part of any brunch. 

Reservations for Southerleigh brunch are not mandatory, but do think of the bumpin' Saturday farmers market crowd you'll have to contend with. Plan ahead so you're not hangry.
