¿Cómo Ves?

Dir. Paul Leduc. Feat. Blanca Guerra, Cecilia Touissant, Roberto Sosa, Javier y Rafael Pérez, Fons. 75 minutes, in Spanish.

The desolation, doubts, and brutality of Mexico City youth trapped in a marginalized society are depicted in director Paul Leduc's 1985 experimental film ¿Cómo Ves?

Although life in Distrito Federal is full of violence, prostitution, and depravity, Leduc manages to draw out the humanity in each of his characters, endowing them with an indefatigable human spirit.

¿Cómo Ves? shows at Instituto de México, 600 HemisFair Park, Sunday, February 8 at 4pm. Suggested donation is $2.
