For their Summer Guest Chef Series, The Granary is hosting renowned Chef John Tesar, of Knife Dallas and Top Chef fame, with a Steakhouse Takeover. The seven-course menu will have venison tartare, blood sausage and Santa Barbara uni, oxtail ravioli, lobster, and much more.
