Symphony of Flavors: Flavors of France

Symphony of Flavors brings together chefs from local restaurants and live performances by the San Antonio Symphony, showcasing the confluence of our city’s rich culture and history by combining classical music and food. The first course meal, prepared by Sergio de Remolina, will include provençale tomato salad, chickpea purée, pickled artichokes, olives, and fried Capers.
