Symphony of Flavors: Savor Spain

Symphony of Flavors brings together chefs from local restaurants and live performances by the San Antonio Symphony, showcasing the confluence of our city’s rich culture and history by combining classical music and food. The first course meal, prepared by Adan Medrano, will include pecan smoked trout, yerbaniz-chipotle Aioli, Frisée, crispy yucca, and serrano vinaigrette.
