Tai Chi Level 1- 12 Week Class

When: Tuesdays, 9:30-10:30 a.m. Continues through Dec. 12 2017

Tai Chi uses gentle flowing movements to reduce the stress of today's busy lifestyles and improve health. Anyone, regardless of age or physical ability, can do it. Practice "meditation in motion" with instructor Ming Xie, who has taught Tai Chi for over 25 years.
