TejasFitness Challenge

When: Sat., April 30, 7 a.m.-12 p.m. 2016

To compete you must have strength, speed, and endurance. The events include rowing, lifting weights, and running. You will move from one event to the next in heats of 12. The fastest total time wins! You can compete as an individual by age group (20-29, 30-39, etc..) or on a team (coed, male, or female). Teams must have a minimum of 6 members and a maximum of 10 members. The times of the fastest 6 members will be used
