The Big Spoon Chats with Dorćol Distilling and Brewing Company's Founders



When Dorćol Distilling opened in 2013, college buds and owners Boyan Kalusevic and Chris Mobley had their work cut out for them.

They introduced Kinsman rakia, a Serbian brandy made using apricots to a vodka-happy audience. But the versatile spirit is now becoming a staple at area bars along with HighWheel Beerworks, Dorćol's brewing operation, which recently became the home beer at the South Flo Pizza inside the South Flores H-E-B.
