The Blue Zone: Long Life Cuisine

The Botanical Garden is exploring the cuisine and local diets around the world were individuals have longer lifespans. The event will explore these places’ cuisines, and celebrate delicious, healthy recipes through multi-course demonstrations and tasting. Instructors include Christen Butterfield, Dave Terrazas, and more; all of the food will be harvest from the Botanical garden.
