Cookie season is still months away, but the Girl Scouts of Southwest Texas are using National S'mores Day to announce the return of a 2017 favorite. The Girl Scouts S'mores cookie — one of the most popular 100 years of Girl Scouts selling cookies — will be back for the 2018 cookie season.

The S'mores featured crunchy graham sandwich cookies with creamy chocolate and marshmallowy filling. It was introduced to celebrate 100 years of Cookie Bosses selling cookies. The cookie was made as a nod to the first ever S'more recipe featured in a 1925 Girl Scout Handbook. Cue the More You Know Star.

Cookie season starts January 1, so make sure to find your nearest Girl Scout Cookie Boss to place your order. Sure, they're testing your resolution resolve, but you can also order cookie donations for military personnel through  enter text here Cookie Share programs.
