There's a new operator at one of Southtown's Ivy Hall venue.

Tim McDiarmid of Tim The Girl Catering, has taken over the green event space as of Thursday. The company will manage events going forward at the Downtown oasis with openings available through the remainder of the year. Availability can be found at timthegirl.com/ivy-hall.

The Monty portion of the venue space will become the second location of The Good Kind, "a Modern Market serving nourishing, clean, and delicious grab and go meals," which first opened in July 2017 at the Bottling Department Food Hall.

McDiarmid said she'll launch a small coffee program, breakfast, lunch and dinner with a bar at the second Good Kind location by February 1, 2019.
