Turkish Cooking Class

When: Sat., March 24, 10 a.m.-1 p.m. 2018

Learn how to cook traditional Turkish cuisine taught by teachers sharing their family’s treasured recipes. This week’s menu includes: Gozleme - a Turkish version of a taco with cheese, spinach, meat or eggplant; layered salad; yogurt drink; and cookies filled with apples. After the cooking demonstration, participants will enjoy a delicious lunch.
