Terminal 136 proudly announces "Vigil," featuring works by Andrei Renteria. Ambitiously, Renteria tries to destabilize the border between artist, artwork and audience, analogous to the socio-political border. His most recent work is an artistic investigation of marginalization thru the immigrants’ plights, within the context of a globalized world, and how such a culture is created and maintained, through imprisonment, by those in power. Renteria's installations incorporate sculptures, lithographs and paintings.
