Wake up the body, mind and ease into your day. This class will focus on gratitude, taking time to notice and consciously appreciate all aspects of the new normal, while using breath work to help calm the nervous system. Participants will be guided into restorative yoga inspired positions focusing on stretching and waking up the entire body. Participants will be shown how to provide soothing self massage with a massage ball, for a refreshing full body session. This session will be held online via the Zoom virtual meeting platform.
