Tell us something we don't know: MobileCuisine.com (that's a thing, yes) named San Antonio as the top city in which to open a food truck. The factored city population, city growth predictions, population demographics (age and income), weather, current size of the local food truck industry, licensing costs, freedom to operate under existing food truck laws, acceptance of small business entrepreneurs by local politicians, strength of food truck organization when looking at cities.

Considering our scorching summers, we're guessing SA scored best in licensing costs, city population and growth predictions and the size of the current food truck scene.

Tampa, Fla. and Raleigh, NC rounded the top three with no other Texas cities making the top 10 list.
