A year after being filmed for Cooking Channel's Eat St., Chocollazo will finally get its 15 minutes of fame tonight (February 10) at 9:30 p.m. CST.

The chocolate-centric truck was one of several to be filmed December 2013, and has been a part of the mobile dining scene since July 2013. The episode, Miami Mia, will feature owners Frank and Mary Collazo hamming it up for the cameras and making four favorites. Viewers will get a chance to see them make the chipotle English toffee, homemade marshmallows for their fondue, choklava (they share the recipe for it here) and bacon German chocolate truffles.

"It's wonderful and horrible, because we won't get to enjoy the moment," Mary said of the episode airing during their busiest time of the year.

Chocollazo, will offer Love Me Knots, homemade marshmallows cut into strips and dipped in chocolate, along with several other chocolate-dipped and coated goodies. Orders can be made online through Thursday, February 12.

"We learned from last year — we've got a whole crew working on orders," Mary said.
