WeLiveHeritage: Latina Power

When: Sat., Sept. 15, 5-8 p.m. 2018

A panel of Latinx community members will engage around “Latina Power;” discussing the current Women’s Movement, Latinas answering the call to civically lead, gender equity, and more. The panel will feature Advocate & Activist Cristina Tzintzún Ramírez, Historian & Assistant Professor of Political Science Mario Marcel Salas, Chicana Writer Carmen Tafolla, and Candidate for 45th District of Bexar County Judge Mary Lou Alvarez. The event will also feature DJ Ernest Gonzalez, DJ Chaku, and Founder/Creator of #WeLiveHeritage Maximo Anguiano as the host.
