Winemaker Dinner at The Granary

The Granary is teaming up with two German winemakers, Christian Hermann and Stefan Steinmetz, to host a special wine paired dinner. The vino-centric event will highlight various dishes created by Chef Tim Rattray along with paired specialty wine from Germany's famed Mosel Rivery Valley region. The restaurant will have a prix fixe six-course menu featuring pomegranate cured Ora King salmon, pork belly, barbecued beef with foie gras and more.
