If your activity of choice this summer is pickling yourself with rosé, a) we're not here to judge, b) guilty and c) you'll want to reserve seats at Max's Wine Dive's next special dinner on July 31 at 7 p.m.
Billed as A Midsummer Night's Rosé, the dinner will include five courses from chef Halston Connella featuring light, seasonal fare, each paired with a serving of rosé. The menu includes a cold pea mint soup with watermelon and pea shoots, fried pimento cheese with stuffed squash blossoms, salmon sashimi, grilled octopus with pomegranate molasses and, lastly, strawberry ice cream donuts with pistachio and berry crumble.
