Yoga for Resilience class is based off of Mindful Resilience For Trauma training with the Veteran’s Yoga Project & 200 Hour Hatha with a Therapeutic focus training. This hour long class aims to benefit anyone regardless of physical or psychological limitations, to enhance overall well-being. The class will focus on finding what works best for each individual and explore a variety of empowering postures and stress-relieving breathing exercises that encourage healing, self-awareness and inter-connectedness. The goal is to equip you with mind, body awareness techniques that can be incorporated into everyday life and help calm the mind.
