Protestors armed and ready for confrontation met Saturday, Aug. 12, 2017, at Travis Park in San Antonio. The protests began in response to talks of taking the confederate statue, which stands in the center of the park, be taken down in city council. Counterprotestors matched the nationalists with microphones and bandanas to conceal identity.
