This rockin’ Charlottesville quintet is crisscrossing the U.S. and Canada this summer, hitting San Antonio with a headlining slot Saturday. Bella Morte is guided by an eclectic range of influences, a band that shows their extensive talent and versatility through the waves of punk, metal, cock rock, and EBM flowing through their music. Band members bounce around on stage — their varied mowhawks morph from bright red, green, and blue on any given day — blending heavy guitars and dark synth lines for a sound entirely their own. 2008 has already been a busy year for the Morte boys, who appeared in an entire concert sequence of Ross Campbell’s latest graphic novel, Wet Moon Vol. 3, and are wrapping up their upcoming album, Beautiful Death, due out in October. $10/12, 11pm, Atomix, 1902 McCullough Ave.,
