Christopher Hill, the former frontman of Stabbing Westward, is still making music these days — his current project, the Dreaming, released their full-length debut, Etched in Blood, this summer and are touring in support. Regulars on the Sunset Strip, they’ll share the Jack’s Patio stage with psychedelic rock troupe Sounds Under Radio, who released their first full-length, Cinematica, earlier this year after gaining notoriety through their song on 2007’s Spider-Man 3 soundtrack. $15 advance, $20 door, 8pm, Jack’s Patio Bar, 2950 Thousand Oaks, (210) 494-2309.
