Irish/Chicano returns to the Jump-Start stage as a staged reading with new material and an original score by Los Crawdaddies. Set during the Mexican/American War, the play is the true tale of the San Patricio Battalion, a predominantly Irish group who had immigrated to America, but was met with religious persecution and discrimination when they joined the army.
