Everything old is new again — as if economic depression isn’t enough, TPWD’s new documentary warns of water shortages similar to those faced during the Dust Bowl. In addition to examining human impact on water sources, the film focuses on climate change, conditions of the state’s rivers and reservoirs, and outlines simple steps citizens can take to reduce their water consumption. 8pm Thursday, KLRN and all PBS stations in Texas.
