Basura Bash 2009 will be the Alamo City’s largest waterway cleanup effort to date, building upon the 25 tons of trash (including 3.5 tons of recyclables) that 2,400 volunteers hauled out of our waterways last year. Eight creeks, two rivers, and one lake are slated for a little TLC, and volunteers can choose the location they wish to clean.
