While you’d be hard-pressed to find a Texan who hasn’t heard some version of the story surrounding Ozzy Osbourne’s decade-long ban from the Alamo City, few seem to know that the “Godfather of Heavy Metal” was wearing a green dress (belonging to his future wife Sharon, who’d hidden his clothes — most likely for good reason) when he threw that notorious tinkle tantrum on a cenotaph at the Alamo in 1982. All that’s downstream now, but the British madman still loves a publicity stunt. While promoting 2010’s Scream (which is what you’ll be hearing a lot of Monday night) at Dodger Stadium, Ozzy orchestrated the “loudest and longest scream ever,” breaking a Guinness World Record previously held by a group of Finnish Boy Scouts. Also on the bill: Ozzy’s longtime friend and musical collaborator, Slash of Guns N’ Roses fame. $35.60-$92.75, 7:30pm, AT&T Center, 1 AT&T Center, (800) 745-3000, attcenter.com.
