The National Weather Service says there's a good chance that Bexar County will be drenched in rain during the next few days.

According to science, Gulf and Pacific moisture will steadily increase over South and Central Texas through the weekend, which combined with a disturbance from the west, will create a round of showers Thursday through Saturday night.

San Antonio is looking at a possibility of nearly five inches of rain, but forecasters say isolated pockets of eight to ten inches of rain are possible in Bexar County.
