Did BuzzFeed Get San Antonio Right?

As Austin Eater recently reminded the Lone Star State, when outsiders try to be authoritative on all-things Texas, in this case breakfast tacos, hell breaks loose.

Texans let you know when you're wrong.

Well, BuzzFeed just published one of its infamous listicles, this one called "25 Reasons Living In San Antonio Ruins You For Life."

The title is tongue-in-cheek, as the author praises the Alamo City in 25 slides, commending everything from the Mission Reach to the Pearl to the Alamo to the Museum Reach to public art.

And, slide 3, admits that you'll never have a better breakfast taco.

Did BuzzFeed nail it? Or did BuzzFeed fall into the same trap that poor sap who claimed Austin was the birthplace of the breakfast taco fell into?

You be the judge. Feel free to send your thoughts to mreagan@sacurrent.com.
