Ethan Jesse Castellano, 23, is charged with aggravated sexual assault of a child, indecency with a child and providing alcohol to a minor, according to court records.
A man is charged with aggravated sexual assault of a child after he was caught in an 11-year-old girl's bedroom with a six-pack of beer.
According to the San Antonio Express-News
, 23-year-old Ethan Jesse Castellano
was found in the girl's bedroom on Tuesday night without her family's permission. Police responded to a call at the family's West Bexar County home. The arrest affidavit states that Castellano told deputies that he was there to have a "few beers"
with the victim. The Express-News
reports that deputies found a six-pack of Bud Light Platinum in the girl's room.
According to the affidavit, Castellano said he met the girl on a social app, though it's unknown which app specifically. News4SanAntonio reports that the victim said she started corresponding with Castellano in 2016
but didn't meet him in person until 2017. The victim told deputies that Castellano had visited her three times since January 14
and that he's "touched her all over,"

The affidavit states that the victim asked deputies to take her to the hospital. While there, she said Castellano had sexually assaulted her

Deputies then took Castellano into custody, according to the Express-News
. The newspaper reports that Castellano allegedly said he was "in a relationship" with the pre-teen and had sex with her
. The age of consent is 17 years old according to Texas law, meaning Castellano raped the 11-year-old girl.
In addition to aggravated sexual assault of a child, Castellano is also charged with indecency with a child
