Low-cost Frontier Airlines Adds 11 Direct Flights From San Antonio

San Antonians can now enjoy direct flights to 11 more cities.

As part of Frontier Airlines building its service to and from the Alamo City, the budget-friendly airlines is now offering nonstop flights to Orange County, Jacksonville, Omaha, Charlotte, Tulsa, Cleveland, Memphis, Oklahoma City, Albuquerque, Columbus and Salt Lake City.



The added routes bring the total number of nonstop flights from San Antonio to 54. Frontier Airlines offers 25 of those routes, making it the airlines with the most direct service options at the San Antonio International Airport.

"We've recognized that people want to go on those vacations and visit those families," said Richard Oliver of Frontier. "Sometimes they aren't able to. It was an expensive airport to fly out of."
