Authorities are asking the public to help locate a San Antonio toddler who was taken from her bedroom Monday night.

An AMBER Alert has been issued for 3-year-old Zanyah Rita Lucio, who police suspect was abducted by her biological mother, 20-year-old Gabriella K. Lucio. Authorities believe Zanyah is in "grave or immediate danger."

According to reports, police said Gabriella Lucio entered a home through a window and knocked down a woman in order to take Zanyah. The young woman fled the home with her child, though reports indicate she's not supposed to be taking care of her. Police searched the area using a helicopter and K-9 units but were unable to find the pair.

Zanyah is described as being 3 feet 4 inches tall, weighing 38 pounds. She has brown hair and eyes. The child was wearing a pink tank top and pink pajama pants with rainbows and hearts when she was abducted.
Gabriella Lucio is 4 feet 11 inches tall, weighs 130 pounds and has "black/red hair" and brown eyes, according to authorities. There is a warrant out for her arrest.
